about us

“The nostalgia and the glamour of yesteryear are quite en vogue, while palates continue to become more sophisticated”! We conceive our new spot to be an open, active arena for decadent delights and to cultivate a distinctly social, dynamic and inviting environment for Corsicana’s savvy clientele and not only.

It is all about sexy food and drinks. A contemporary-modern destination establishment where the line between lounge and bar is blurred. A feast for all senses, classic cocktails that pay loving tribute to the originals, modern modular plates designed for snacking and sharing, food that is both deeply satisfying and highly crave worthy.
The focal point is an elegant bar, which is matched with a sprawling lounge area where both locals and out of town/state guests can drink and dine in a secluded style. We are offering a full menu of signature, handcrafted drinks ranging from the traditional concoctions, to the experimental, with innovative twists that include all the usual trends like fresh-made ingredients, elixirs and sodas. The wine room, a global wine selection, neatly arranged in a contemporary display of wood and glass.

Alongside the above precision-crafted drinks and wines sits a collection of modern plates that are designed for sharing. Addictive and inventive, the menu reflects global influences together with fresh seasonal and local flavors, all dancing around a “classic bistro culture” which has been transformed to a sexy “tapas-style” bistro allowing the guests to indulge in many delicacies that Chef Andreas has to offer. After all it’s a summary of chef Andreas’ world tour; Athens, Barcelona, Paris, Rome, Florence, New York, Palm beach, Dallas. Chef Andreas is straddling two worlds, staying true to the spirit of traditional Greek Mediterranean cooking while exhibiting an American verve for breaking boundaries. He brings together fresh Mediterranean ingredients and contemporary American techniques and ideas to deliver the bold, flavorful food that conveys the very spirit of Greece and the other South European countries.
